Patterson Crossing Public Housing Waiting List

PATTERSON CROSSING PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM

Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority (HRHA) will be accepting pre-applications for Patterson Crossing Public Housing Program Units.

Patterson Crossing is a new apartment community located on Patterson Avenue between Settler’s Landing Road and West Queen Street with six (6) three-bedroom units that are not handicapped accessible and one (1) two-bedroom unit that is handicapped accessible.

The units have the following amenities: Window Blinds, Ceiling Fans, Carpet, Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Central Air and Heat, Washer/Dryer Units, and, Cable/Internet Hook-up

If you are interested in applying for one of these units, you may call 757-224-6388 on Monday, October 3, 2016 between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Calls will only be answered during that time and you will be asked to provide your legal name, telephone number and full address. An application will be mailed to you that same day. You will need to complete and return the application by mail within 10 business days or by October 17, 2016.

The Public Housing Waiting list for Patterson Crossing will close on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. No further calls will be accepted.

NO PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Unassisted new applicants’ income must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
