RFP - Pest Control Services

HRHA will be accepting Sealed Request for Proposal at the Construction Office located at 811 West Pembroke, Hampton, VA 23669 for the time specified below:

PROPOSALS DUE: March 19, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.

Proposal documents are on file and may be obtained by contacting Construction Office at 811 West Pembroke Avenue, Hampton, Virginia, (757)727-1481 or ktaylor@hamptonrha.com. The Request for Proposals may downloaded with the link above.

HRHA is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, insured, and bonded entities to provide the following detailed services at the housing sites listed herein and any additional housing sites that may be added. Housing sites may also be removed from inventory.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services and perform and complete all work required for pest eradication on the interior and immediate exterior of all buildings for those sites and other buildings belonging to or managed by the Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority (Authority) listed in Schedule A, in accordance with the specifications in this solicitation.

All service provided under this Contract shall be in accordance with all federal, state and local pest control requirements and regulations. State regulatory and licensing agency rules and standards shall have priority over any standard set forth in these specifications.

This is a Section 3 project.

All clarifications regarding the specification and/or scope of work must be in writing a minimum of 10 days prior to the proposal due date and may be faxed to (757) 727-1768, Attn. Karen Taylor, or emailed to ktaylor@hamptonrha.com. HRHA shall not be responsible for missed transmissions.

Invitation for Bids (IFBs)

IFB - North Phoebus Sanitary Sewer Upgrades

HRHA will be accepting Sealed Bids at the HRHA Construction Office located at 811 West Pembroke, Hampton, VA 23669 for the time specified below:

PRE BID: February 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

BID DUE: March 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.

Proposed forms of contract documents, including specifications, are on file and may be obtained by contacting Construction Office at 811 West Pembroke Avenue, Hampton, Virginia, (757)727-1481 or ktaylor@hamptonrha.com. The plans and specifications may be examined and downloaded with the link above.

Contractors submitting a bid must possess a valid Virginia Class A contractor’s license. A certified check, payable to HRHA, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid MUST be submitted with each bid that exceeds $25,000. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for all Contracts over $100,000. Certified Payroll will be required. This is a Section 3 project.
